MARK HAS PREVIOUSLY REPRESENTED NI AT THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES IN JUDO. Abbey Judo runs on Friday nights at Valley Leisure Centre at the following times: 6:30 - 7:30pm 5-7 year olds 7:30 - 8:30pm 8-13 year olds 8:39 - 9:30pm seniors and juniors 13+ Cost £2.50 per session All parents are welcome to stay and watch
